Yellow Page Listing

The worst thing a property owner could do is to open the yellow pages and hire the first contractor listed.  Never ever open the yellow pages and select someone without doing the proper background checks.  The following needs to be repeated again and again!  You should always call the Better Business Bureau and the building inspector in your county to check on the credentials of a contractor.
