Since we don’t have an “X” word, we’ll use this letter to remind property owners that often when being presented with a contract, it is a common practice to be presented with a large stack of papers and told to sign by the “X.”  Read everything first.  Never just sign a stack of papers.  This is your hard earned money.  Take time to read each page before signing.
