Temperament of Contractor

It’s important to find a contractor with a temperament you can work with and develop some type of rapport.  You want to feel comfortable asking questions to a contractor that will listen to your concerns.  Also remember that this contractor and crew will be living with your for a few days, so you want to feel at ease and comfortable in their presence.
