Meeting Of Minds

In order for a contract to be legally binding there must be a meeting of minds.  The offer of work to be done must be certain and spelled out in unambiguous terms and there must be an acceptance, your signed and dated contract.  Both you and your contractor must agree upon “all” terms of the contract in order for there to be a “meeting of the minds.”
